2020
Albachiara becomes part of HModa, which is itself part of Holding Industriale. Fabio Maggini and Barbara Burzi remain within the Company to manage its operations.
2019
The Company produces almost 15 thousand garments, thanks to its workforce of over 50 highly specialized employees.
2017
Albachiara, whose workforce has reached 35 employees, merged with Magif Srl of Arezzo (also owned by Maggini), bringing together all the employees of the two companies in a single location in Bucine.
2010
Mrs. Bruni handed over the ownership and the leadership of Albachiara to Mr. Fabio Maggini and his wife Barbara Burzi, already owners of Magif, both with a long experience in the manufacturing field of luxury women’s clothing. The new owners increased the Company’s turnover and the number of employees, and began collaborating with other luxury Brands.
2004-2009
During the following years, the Company increased its workforce, due to a raise in production and the entry of new Clients.
2003
Albachiara was founded by Mrs. Angiolina Bruni, who can boast many years of experience in the field. The Company was founded as a clothing production industry for third parties, with an initial number of 20 employees and a single major Client.
